This Site provides information about CSI Worldwide’s installation & dismantle, general service contracting, and related live-event services, as well as industry resources and ways to contact us.

Online ordering is separate. If you place an order, pay for services, or use our online storefront, those activities are governed by the storefront’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, not solely by these Site Terms. You can open the storefront here: Order Online.

You may browse the Site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with Site operations, scraping content in a way that harms the Site, submitting false or fraudulent information, or using the Site for unlawful activity.

Forms on this Site (including I&D inquiry, GSC / show services inquiry, and Get In Touch) are requests for information or quotes. Submitting a form does not create a service contract, guarantee pricing, or reserve labor or equipment. Any engagement for paid services is subject to CSI Worldwide’s separate agreements, order forms, and—when you order online—the storefront Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. How we handle personal data from forms is described in our Privacy Policy.

Site content—including text, graphics, logos, photography, and layout—is owned by CSI Worldwide or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal business viewing of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including our Boomerecommerce storefront, industry news sources, and other external resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CSI Worldwide makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Information on the Site may change without notice and is not a substitute for a formal proposal or contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSI Worldwide and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Site. Our total liability for claims arising out of these Site Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability related to ordered services, labor, freight, or storefront transactions is governed by the applicable service agreement or storefront Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
