When you submit an Installation & Dismantle (I&D) inquiry, a General Service Contractor (GSC) / show services inquiry, or use the Get In Touch form on this website, we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, company, phone number, email address, event name, event location, event date(s), and a description or event details.

We use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate CSI Worldwide team. Required fields are marked on each form.

Form submissions are delivered by email through our email service provider (Resend) to CSI Worldwide staff mailboxes. I&D inquiries are sent to our operations team. GSC / show services inquiries are sent to our show services contacts, with a copy to designated internal recipients. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond to you directly.

We do not sell this information. We retain inquiry emails in the ordinary course of business for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or administrative purposes. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
